Paid via PayPal successfully but it keeps saying payment failed later on

    Hello,

    I paid on PayPal successfully but it keeps saying payment failed later on, why?

    Hi there,

    You were receiving the failed payment notifications because when you switched subscription plan we had to create a new subscription in PayPal. The failed payment notices were for the old subscription. Apologies for this.
