How to add another person to account?

If I purchase an upgrade, can I add someone to my account? This way we can share the info together! I am in charge of the retreat, but my mom created the info, and the Jot forms. If we, together, upgrade the account, can we share the info?

We are sorry to let you know that it is not possible to add users to the account with standard plans. The users can only be added to Enterprise account.

However, if you want to let the other user to edit the form you may consider using Form Collaboration feature. You may also share the submissions page to the user by following the guide below:
