Hello,
How do I embed a form without the jotform being in the code? I have upgraded my subscription and I have created a name for each of my forms.

Hi there!
You can find the available embed methods on these guides:
https://www.jotform.com/help/67-which-form-embed-code-should-i-use
https://www.jotform.com/help/34-embedding-a-form-to-a-web-page
I am afraid JotForm will always be in the code since the form is hosted on our server.
Please provide us with further details if my answer did not address your question.
Best,

How do I embed the documents on my website and name the form and hyperlink
the name to the form? Sorry if I'm not making sense. Please see the example
below. The forms below are all JotForms, I like how all of the forms are
named and then when you select the form, the full form in jotform
downloads. How can I do that to my website?
*ONLINE SIGN UP FORMS - *Please complete all forms below and hit submit.

How do I embed the documents on my website and name the form and hyperlink the name to the form? — You mean to hyperlink a name that redirects to your form? If that's what you are to achieve, you can just add an anchor tag where you can insert your form link.
