We have an issue with radio buttons on top of our questions

    On iPhones, we have an issue of radio buttons blocking the actual text of the form questions on the mobile version. We have tried 3 different iphones and various browsers on each phone. Please let us know how to fix this issue. Thanks for your help.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I have been testing your form using different mobile browsers, but so far I could not replicate the same issue yet.

    The form was responsive and mentioned Radio option field was also rendered properly.

    Can you please tell us also if the form was embedded on a website. If it was, please share to us the URL link of your website page so that we can also check/test on the actual published form.

    You can also try re-embedding the form in your website using instead its iframe embed code. Check/test if it resolve the issue already.
