    Dear JotForm

    Hello

    Hello

I am going to distribute a questionnaire and I have some questions. I would appreciate help me whether it would be possible to help me in distributing it?

My questionnaire would be distributed in Iran, I was wondering is there any possibility the questionnaire to be filled just by Iranian participants and based on the Iran IP?

Second, my questionnaire is going to study two main themes. At first comes some questions and then based on a question which the answer would be Yes or No, there would be two questionnaire.I was wondering if there is any such possibility to branch the questionnaire after that main question?

Third, I was wondering if it would be possible to have a Persian questionnaire? My questionnaire will be distributed in Iran and the language is Persian.

The final question, is your site mobile friendly?

I am impatiently looking forward to hearing from you.

    Regards

    Loghman

    Hello Loghman,

To my understanding, you would like to share the form based on IP address, correct? Unfortunately, the Form Builder has no direct option to share the form based on IP addresses since you can only capture the responder's IP addresses after submitting the form. However, if you would like to restrict access to the form based on location, you can try this workaround:

    1) Use the Geolocation Widget - to identify the physical location of the user

    2) Then, create a condition to hide multiple fields on your form to restrict their access IF the widget doesn't contain "Iran":

possibility to branch the questionnaire after that main question?

Yes, it is possible, as shown in my previous answer, you can show and hide form fields based on the user's answer through the Conditional Logic feature in JotForm: How-to-show-or-hide-fields-base-on-users-answer

possible to have a Persian questionnaire? My questionnaire will be distributed in Iran, and the language is Persian.

You can make the form in multiple languages or a different language, and please refer to this guide: How to Make Your Forms Multilingual - JotForm

     is your site mobile friendly?

Yes, by default, JotForm forms are mobile responsive, which means no further configuration is required. But in some cases, some users have different requirements when viewing the form on mobile devices, which can be customized by adding CSS codes.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need additional assistance.
