submissions are coming across blank

    and sometimes we are getting the "backend" error message as well.

    I can see that one of my colleagues already created a ticket regarding the issue you reported for receiving "BACKEND" issues. It has been sent over to our developers for it to be investigated.

    Regarding your concern with the submission, can you check the submission Table of that specific form to confirm if, indeed, there is no data for that specific submission? If there's no data there as well, please provide the submission ID and we'll have it reported to our backend team as well. Here's a guide on where-to-find-the-submission-id.

    Also, can we make a test submission to the form? Maybe the user who created that submission received the "BACKEND" error after clicking the submit button, thus resulted in the data not being sent to our servers. We'll try to replicate that and see if it's related to the previous ticket that was escalated.

    thanks - nearly all of the submissions were blank yesterday afternoon (it wasn't just one isolated incident) but today they're coming across with no issues problem. I will refer to this if it happens again and send you the submission ID#s.
