HIPAA approval moved to another account

    Good afternoon,

    I applied for a HIPAA compliant profile with my kiera@moosepharmacy.com account. However, because this will be used for all of Moose Pharmacy, I was hoping to switch the HIPAA compliance to the Moose Pharmacy account which is Moosepharmacycovidconcord@gmail.com. Please let me know if this is possible or what I need to do.

    Hi Kiera,

    As of now it is not possible to apply for the Coronavirus Responder Program on behalf of another account. You can just apply instead using the actual account you wanted applied.

    Steps:

    1. Log in to the account (in this case moosepharmacycovidconcord) at https://www.jotform.com/login
    2. Use the following link for the application form and apply
      https://www.jotform.com/corona-responder-program/apply/#form

    I apologize. It seems I misunderstood as you might not be applying for HIPAA via the Coronavirus Responder Program at all. I was mistaken because your account were on FREE plan when I checked.

    As you know HIPAA requires the paid account SILVER/GOLD plan.

    But just the same, applying for the HIPAA on behalf of another account is not available. You can only apply using the same account.

    Hi, No I am applying for the Coronavirus responder program. That is available for free accounts, is it not?

    Yes. The Coronavirus Responder Program is available even on FREE account.

    You can apply using the link https://www.jotform.com/corona-responder-program/apply/#form
