Add/Invite Collaborators option is not available

    Hello

    It appears I'm no longer able to invite collaborators since purchasing the Silver Subscription service. Is it hiding somewhere? I've searched the user guide and forums and can't find any information on Collaborators either.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello Shannon - I tried logging on to the account and opened one of your forms, however, I can't seem to replicate the issue you're having.

    In the form builder, I was able to see the Add Collaborators button:

    Isn't this the case on your end? If so, please try clearing your browser's caches, log in again to the account, and open the form in the builder. See if it makes any difference.

    Now, if the said feature is not available on a specific form, please share with us the link to that form so we can check.
