Unable to view uploaded document

     I have all my documents uploaded, but when I click on them a message pops up that reads “Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry”. On my end, all the documents open and they seem to be fine. Is this an issue that is normal to experience or do you suggest I try something else to upload the documents. My main concern is that the document won’t open on the other end.

    Hello Destiny - When you upload a document to a form, it is being stored into the account of the form creator. Now, I can see that the owner turned on his account's privacy settings. As a result, all uploaded files can only be viewed/downloaded if you are logged on to the account, otherwise, it will show the error page (as in the screenshot you sent) when you try to view it.

    I would suggest contacting the form owner, I assume the one who sent you the link, to disable the privacy settings of his account so you could view the uploaded files with no issues.
