Hello,
We have our account set up so that when an employee completes a form, whether it is an intake, reference, work history etc. a copy of the PDF is emailed to us to download as opposed to coming into this portal each time. Lately these PDF's have been blank more often than not. I am still able to pull them from this site but was wondering if we could look into this issue to avoid the extra step.

I believe this is occurring on most of your forms.
Could you create a new PDF document on your PDF Editor and then link that new document to your email:
This should pull in your form fields correctly and show them in your email attachment.
Please try this and let us know.
