Unable to download form

I cant download forms 

whenever I go to my inbox, open a form and click on the download link, nothing happens.

I tried different computers and browsers, also different locations with no internet restrictions

I tried logging on to your account and can't find any forms there.

Can you share a link to one of the forms you're referring to so we can check?

Also, I did see you are receiving an email from another form that does not belong to your account. So when you say "INBOX", are you actually referring to the Jotform Inbox or your email's inbox? Can you share the download link here as well?
