How can I setup an email reply

    I need to set up an email confirmation after someone sets an appointment?

    Your form has an autoresponder notification. It will be automatically sent to the respondent's email address entered in the form after they submit the form.

    If you don't have an autoresponder, you can create one. Guide: Creating a Form Autoresponder
