Unable to submit the form multiple times

    Hi, each time I submit the form it said only one entry allowed. How can the form be actively submitted.

    As checked, you have enabled the UNIQUE SUBMISSION setting of the form to "Check cookies and IP":

    This limits you/your users to only submit the form once on the same browser/IP address. Setting this to NO CHECK will allow you and your users to make multiple submissions to the form using the same browser/IP.
