How to add a page to already-imported pdf form?

    Hi,

Just wondering if it's possible to add an extra more than 1 PDF document to the same form?

For example, I have a Registration Package form created already, but realized I forgot a page when I was uploading the PDF file. It is possible to go back and add that page or do I have to start all over again?

    Thanks

    Jodi

Hello Jodi - If you have a copy of the original PDF, you can manually add the page to it using any PDF creator software you prefer. Then you can re-upload it to Jotform without having to re-create it from scratch.

    Here's a guide on how-to-update-the-pdf-through-smart-pdf-forms.

Thank you. That's very helpful. Just wondering if it's also possible
to join 2 JotForm forms together? I have already created a JotForm for
the missing PDF page of my document and I"d like to combine it with
    another package of forms.

    Dear Jodi,

As for your inquiry in joining 2 forms together, you can achieve this by using multiple pages form + Conditions.

Please refer our guide on How to Show or Hide Fields Base on User's Answer. By using the Conditions feature, you can show / hide questions / fields or pages based on the users' answers.

But if it is about 2 pre-populated forms to be merged into 1 form,  you will need to use URL parameters to pass the data from one form to the other. For that, you can refer our guide on How-to-Pre-Populate-the-Same-Form-with-Data-from-a-Previous-Submission.

Please let us know if you have further questions or experiencing any difficulties.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
Thank you for your quick response, however that isn't exactly what I'm
    looking for.
I have 2 separate JotForm forms that I send out to parents every year.
I'd like to be able to put those 2 forms, into 1 form so that parents
see all of that information when they click on 1 link. Is that
    possible?
I've included a screen shot of the 3 forms I'd like to join into 1 form
    if possible.
    Thanks!

    Hello Jodi,

Unfortunately, your screenshot didn't come through, we have a specific way to post a screenshot of the forum: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum.

However, I think that embedding a form inside a form would suit you:

    1. You'll have to get the iFrame embed code of each form

    2. Use the iFrame embed widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed

    Hope this helps.
