I have a jotform connected to Zendesk and it makes 2 tickets every time someone fills it out

    One ticket has all of the information we need while the other is blank. Is this something you have heard of or seen before? I also reached out to Zendesk support

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We have not received any other reports from other users regarding the issue you are reporting on this ticket.

    I would suggest that if you haven't tried it yet, please remove the Zendesk integration in your form and then try to integrate it again after.
