How to easily reply to our customers without having to type in their email manually?

    Hello,

    I am using a ticketing system and need to be able to reply to the email address that is entered on the form and not noreply@jotform.com.

    It would be best if it can go to {email} so we can easily reply to our customers without having to type in their email manually.

    Can you please help me with this, it is urgent and not sure what to do.

    Hi itmty, thank you for reaching us.

    You may set your Reply-to Email within Notification settings to Email's field.

    Afterward, whenever you receive the notification, the Reply-to will be your user's email.

    When you click on reply, it'll automatically be sent to the user's email instead of JotForm.
