I checked from our backend, currently your account has one form named Course Registration Form with zero submission data.

If you have filled a form created by someone else. JotForm provides the option to set up an autoresponder email, but it depends on the form owner, did or did they not want the submitters to get a copy of the data they have submitted on their form.

To contact the form owner regarding your submission, kindly reply to the email you received after submitting the form.

If you didn't receive any email from the form owner, could you please kindly inform us the page URL for further checking.
