Additional information on account

Good day, I previously submitted questions and they where answered. I have approval from my client to purchase the Silver Account since this will be used for HIPAA forms. My new question is, Do I set up the account for my client as his IT representative or does he have to do this. This is for a Optical Center. Thanks

I checked from our backend, you recently upgraded your account Sammy_Martin_smartin to Silver yearly plan and enabled HIPAA. Your account is active and good in standing.

Afaik it is not possible to have others create a form within your account. However, you can have others edit the form as a Form Collaborator.
