Customer getting "cannot continue" message when trying to pay

    I received an email from a customer today, stating:

    I have tried 3 times now to register for the early bird for this workshop. I am successful in filling out all with the VISA number at the end, a message prompts up “ cannot continue”

    I have already registered another staff from our organization and received the email confirmation.

    Can you tell me why she might be getting this message and any steps she can take to solve the issue? We've had many other successful registrations and - as she stated - even she was able to register someone before. And it's allowing her to fill in the payment information, which means she's definitely filled in everything else correctly.

    Please advise.

    Hi there,

    Could you please share a screenshot of the error? So we can further look into this.

    If they can also send a browser console error log then it will help us as well.
