why did you send every mail more than once

hey guys, we got a lot of mails today concerning mail spam. why did you send every mail more than once - some clients got ten times the same mail...

I can see several auto-responders set up for that form, if your intention is to create conditional logics to send emails based on certain answers , please double check if these aren't repeated
