Hello!
I am trying to add the option to pay by Paypal into my form. We have a Paypal Business account. I clicked "Connect to Paypal" and filled out all of the information. At the end, it gave me the option to return to Jotform to continue building my form.
However, everything looks the same as when I first started. I cannot add products. The form keeps asking me to Connect to Paypal. Is there a delay on the connection process? If so, could you advise on how long it may be?

Thank you for reaching out to us. May I confirm that the form you are currently working on is the one named "EES After School Program Registration | Feb 2021 Intake "? It seems that there is not "product field" in this form at the moment. For the payment integration to work, please kindly add "product fields" in your form and then try to reintegrate your payment gateway.
For the product fields, we have templates that you could use to get started. Please check out the following link to see if you'd like to add it on your form. https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/order-form/product-order-forms
If you are working on other forms and already integrated payment gateway to your product fields, yet there's an issue connecting your PayPay integration, please let us know which form you are having issue with. We will look into further once we confirmed your issues.

Thank you for sharing information about how to add products! I was
struggling to do this. I have created a new form "EES After School
Progam Feb. 2021 Intake 2" and successfully added products, but I am still
having difficulty with Paypal. I followed all of the prompts after clicking
"Connect" and I have received the following message:
Yet, when I take the form and embed it into my site, I get an error
message:
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for providing a screenshot. That helps a lot.
Based on it, it looks like your PayPal account is still under review.
Kindly contact PayPal Support to confirm their timeline for an account review. Once your PayPal account is completely set up, you should then be able to connect your account to your form.
