Scheduling with JotForm

Hi there,

I just found out that you have a scheduling option in JotForm, but I'm not entirely sure how to get it to do what I want, so I'll try and explain.

A brief overview of my funnel

• Sales Page (CTA - booking page)
• Booking Page (CTA - book into Calandly)
• Thank You Page (Contains JotForm application)
• Application Received Page (CTA - I'll be in touch soon)

I am thinking about removing a page and not using calandly. Instead, having the booking option with the form. You also have a Zoom integration.

What I want to do is have the ability to have an appointment booked on Zoom and an application filled out. I want the calendar to be able to see my availability from my Google calendar. For example, if I have an appointment between 10-12 Wednesday morning, I need for it to recognize that and automatically make that time unavailable.

Can all of this be performed in JotForm with either the calendar / Zoom integration?

If so, how would I achieve this result?

You can integrate Zoom into your form. Here is the full guide on How to integrate JotForm with Zoom.

We have also Google Calendar integration. It enables you to show your appointments on your Google Calendar. However, the form fillers can not see the unavailable times while they are filling the form. The Google Calendar integration is one-way integration. Therefore, it doesn't get the information from your Google Calendar.

In the meantime, you can make customizations on your Appointment Slot manually. So, if there are unavailable times, you need to disable them from the Appointment Slot.

I will take a look at it and try to figure out what works best. I need to have as much automation as possible so it might be best to just use the application form and an alternative scheduling application with JotForm.
