I have Airtable Integration and I have already matched up the upload file and the Airtable attachment categories, but nothing happens. I removed the integration and re-did the whole thing to see if that would help but I still can't get the file to transfer over. Everything else does carry over.

Greetings Daniela,
Kindly confirm, did you add an Attachment field in your AirTable?
In the integration in JotForm, you'll have to map both fields as shown below.
Should you need further assistance then please let us know.
Thanks

Hi Rehan,
Thank you so much for your answering! Yes, the steps you show in the pictures are what I did earlier before posting my question and the files still were not transferring. Here is a screenshot of it.

Thanks for the additional information. To confirm, are all the fields in your AirTables set before integrating your form? Would it be possible for you to disconnect and reconnect your form and then test again?
Guide: How-to-integrate-jotform-with-airtable
Please try it out. I also cleared your form cache as a precaution.

Hi Sonnyfer. I had already disconnected and reconnected my form before asking the question, but I did it all over again to see if anything would change. I tested it out but it seems that the uploaded photo is still not transferring from Jotform to Airtable. All the fields I need are matching.
What else can I do?

Hi Daniela,
I've created a clone of your form and integrated AirTable with it. Here is the result.
You can check the AirTable on the link below.

The integration is working as expected. Please check your image upload settings again just to make sure.
Thanks
