Automatic append data from an external source into Jotform/widget via a hyperlink

I am using Zoho helpdesk for my task list. I would like to be able to click on a hyperlink that will automatically fill a field/widget in Jotform. the field is the 'spreadsheet to form' widget

Is this possible?

If this is not possible can you also give me some of the fields to prepopulate. I can then do the rest (sorry I could not get it to work) https://www.jotform.com/help/71-prepopulating-fields-to-your-jotform-via-url-parameters

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that it is not possible to prepopulate the Spreadsheet to Form widget via URL parameters directly.

A workaround would be is to prepopulate a Short Text field via URL parameters and pass its value into the Spreadsheet to Form widget conditionally.
