Cannot click 'Next' on my form.

We cannot click 'Next' on our form. We are launching our business now and cannot afford to lose any clients because they cannot fill out the form.

Also our form is very long so we need them to be able to complete without constantly refreshing.

We have a client with this problem and when testing on my phone, I also cannot click 'Next' but I was able to click next on my computer browser so it's not consistent.

I've read other people's similar question and the solution is to code the form with the iframe; however, the forms on our website are coded with the iframe already.

Please help ASAP.
