Wrong E-Mail connected.

    Hello team!


    I need your help. I want you to remove the account Henke963. Because that ain´t me.

    And I want that email that´s connected to that account, to be connected to this account instead.

    Hope you guys understand my problem, and are willing to help me solve it.

    Hi Henrik

    Not that I doubt the veracity of what you have stated but according to my information both seem to originate from the city of Höör in Sweden and you both signed up with us on the same date.

    Can you think of a possible explanation for this?

    Yes. I have figured it out. Finally! :)

    My friend and I both have websites and both uses this form. And when i registed he used my e-mail strange enought. Thats why i want the account henke963 removed. Because i want to use the E-mail on MY account.

    So please remove the suspension of this account. And restore my forms. Because i really need then.

    I unsuspended your account. Please do not ask for passwords in your forms. You cannot use JotForm to create login forms.

    We cannot delete an account that belongs to someone else on your request though. If you have access to that email address, you can reset your password and access to the account, and then post the request for account removal when you are logged into that account.
