Why cant I turn the page on this form

    Apologies for the mean sounding question, I am a changed man. A better man.

    But actually the same problem is persisting where I can't turn the page, sorry about that. I'm looking at this on my phone if that helps

    We cleared your form cache, could you please test it one more time? We made necessary tests and we made sure that everything is working in all browsers. We also tested your form on desktop and mobile and it is working now.
