Thanks, Is there any way I can fix by my own if the same thing happens again ?. Because most of our work is dependent on this and if this gets stopped then we have to process everything manually.

It was a back-end related error so it isn't something that can be fixed on your end. Anyway, the team made necessary tests to prevent this from happening again. Sorry about that.
