Stripe wants the forms to be sttps and not sttp. So if I get your form and put it on my site do I have to make that page hppts or does it happen automatically because I use your form.

No, that's solely on the form. In that case, I would recommend embedding your form using our Secure URL feature. Please refer to this guide: Setting Up a Secure or SSL Form. The form works independently so it's up to you to obtain a security certificate for your domain.
Also, enable the Secure Seal Logo so every visitor on your website would know that your form is secure. Here's how: Enabling Security Certificate Seal on Secure Forms.
