    Hi,

I required customer to input only number in this below field

I don't understand why, when user submitted the file, the numbers are incomplete. It should show all 16 digit numbers (like the submission on 22 Jan).

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I am not able to reproduce the issue on my end. I have cleared your form's cache and would recommend you also clear your browser's cache.

Here's a guide on how to do it on Chrome: Clear cache & cookies on Google Chrome.

    Hope this helps.

As an addition to my previous answer, please note that that you cannot see the complete number since it belongs to credit cards and due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

Please note that we allow you 24 business hours in order to remove the fields otherwise the account will be suspended.

    Hi,
Our companys product, YouTrip, is a multi-currency mobile wallet with a prepaid Mastercard for online and offline purchases worldwide. (More info on https://www.you.co/th/en/about/ If you want validation of our business)
We have strict policies, safety procedures while collecting information from customers. It is our basic procedure to collect customer information especially card details when customer wish to file chargeback with Mastercard. This has been supported by our Partner, Kasikorn Bank and our compliance practice is according to the Bank of Thailand laws.
It is utmost important to collect card details for our chargeback cases as the card number is vital to file cases with MasterConnect applications (operated by Mastercard). Without card number, we couldnt follow the agreed procedures.
You can view other chargeback forms from other banks, all of them collect these information as usual and so do we.
Please allow us to collect this information to our user promptly as we have already talked before and you understood and allowed.
If you have any more concern, please escalate this to your supervisor or contact me for more clarifications.

    Hello panisa.tr,

    Thanks for reaching us.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect Credit Card details. It is against our Terms of Use. If you want to receive payments you can use our Payment Processor Integrations.

In the meantime, your account has been suspended. If you want us to reactivate your account, please allow us to remove the offending fields on your forms.

We will be waiting for your response.

Please lift the suspension immediately as the form is in live usage.
You can blur out the numbers as you did (as attached picture shown) with prior submission for now, until I have come up with better solutions.
