    I would like to lock preloaded data in the system to keep it and not be allowed to delete.

    Hello,

    From what I understand is you would like the form to loaded with preloaded data on the certain fields, fields that you wish the user would not delete the values from.

    In which case you will need to make those fields either hidden or uneditable.

    Hidden Box Tool:

    One solution would be to use a hidden box field. Useful to pass data along. This data will not be viewed by the user filling out the form:

    Non-Editable Fields:

    This will lock in the data to the field, fields are still viewed by the user of the form.

    For this you will need to download the source code of your form.

    You will need to append  disabled="disabled" to the code of the field you want to protect.

    For example if you have a input text box:

    <input type="text" class=" form-textbox" data-type="input-textbox" id="input_1" name="q1_name" size="20" value="" disabled="disabled"/>

    Then add the code shown above like so:

     <input type="text" class=" form-textbox" data-type="input-textbox" id="input_1" name="q1_name" size="20" value="" disabled="disabled"/>

    Hope this is what you need, if not, kindly elaborate on what you want to achieve.
    If you do need any further assistance, do let us know. Thank you.
