STILL can not access our HIPAA compliant table

    For some odd reason , I can get your emails from support but it will no longer allow me to see the thread.

    Regardless, I created an email/ticket to you yesterday at 3:00pm (ish) - I heard back at 11:16pm saying there was trouble with the HIPAA server on your end, but everything was fixed. They asked me to clear my cache, which I did.

    I still have no access into my data. I have now tried to help trouble shoot and logged into my account using safari (which I always use), chrome and firefox. The issue is the same on all 3 browsers. 1612275525_60195f4511dfc_

    Oddly enough I can see older tables, but not the Baby begin 2021 combined, which is what we need to use every, single day in our company.

    The screen has been "preparing" data since 3:00pm yesterday. Again, since I can no longer view the thread and reply to it (hence opening up another thread - again). Someone asked me to look at the development screen. Here you go.

    There are 15 people using this table, all on different computers in their homes, using different browsers and non of us can get in. So I still believe the issue is on your end not ours. PLEASE help us get to our data. We need to be able to do our jobs.
