Can't get into my account

i initially signed up through facebook and now when i try and login, the pop up won't work to use facebook to login. When i go to reset my password, i never get the email to reset. I've checked spam as well for the past 2 days and got nothing. Can someone please either reset my password or make the facebook login option work? thanks.
