Downgrade Account Assistance

    Your site is not user friendly.

    How am I suppose to downgrade when you have display:none on the billing link?

    Although I like your service these problems make me loose faith.


    Please downgrade my account.

    It appears as though the website is not being displayed correctly. Kindly clear your browser's cache and log back in to your account, also do try a different browser if the issue perists. Then retry to process the downgrade.

    These are the steps to achieve this:

    Click on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the JotForm page
    Click on Account
    On the Account window, click on the Billing option
    On the Billing page select the plan you want to switch to, then confirm your selection
