Missing phone number in Excel

when my customers fill out a form and it crosses over to google sheets everything comes on the excel except the phone number how can i fix that.. let

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue, I have tried to export phone numbers to an Excel spreadsheet and I could see them properly.

If you have made any changes after you've set-up the Google Sheets integration, could you please remove and add the integration again?
