Tables: Changes haven't been updated

I have made changes to a form but the changes do not update on the table on submissions - will this just take some time to update?

thanks so i added some additional questions to the form and also changed one of the questions from a text box to a multiple choice selection, as you can see below the 1st 3 questions on the form do not link to what is on the submissions table.

It seems you have deleted/edited the a field in your form.

The associated data of the field will also be deleted, it will not be updated.

Kindly try a new submission and the new field data should show in your submission table.
