Why do I have an invitation limit?

    When we signed up and created an account with JotForm, it never said anything about an invitation limit. Now we are being told we have reached our invitation limit of 10 people and need to upgrade our account (see attached picture). We are within all of our account parameters so this doesn't make sense. Please advise. Thank you.

    Greetings.

    Free accounts have some limits compared to paid plans. One of them is the limit of assigned forms. If you need to add more, you can upgrade your account.

    Please note that, if you assign a form, your users need to have a JotForm account. If you wish to simply share your form, you can use the Share on Email option from the Publish tab:
