1. How available is your customer service, in terms of actually speaking with someone?
2. How does it work if I need to download my own forms?
3. Is the form to download counted as per page or is it per whole application document?
4. I understand the difference between HIPPA compliance, but how do you ensure forms are compliant if I decide to go for the Silver package?
