Reminder email: How can I send a reminder email to registered participants that have completed the form closer to the day of the event?

    I followed the steps of an earlier thread but it didn't work which included the link below:

    When I click jotform connect and allow nothing happens.

    I have logged in and out of my account as well. I using google chrome as my web browser.

    Could I ask you to try to clear your browser cache, or to try the link with a different browser?

    Another option would be to use an Emailing app integration; you can sync all the emails to the app, and then create newsletters or reminders in the emailing app. As an option, you can also import the submission data to for example Google Sheets, and create the email from the spreadsheet, if you use Gmail.
