Trouble with field

    Good morning,

    I am having trouble with a field not transfer properly after being submitted. When the spouse name is entered it shows appropriately on the form that’s emailed to the person filling it out, but when it’s submitted on the form it sends to me it shows the spouse phone number instead.1612285417_601985e9ed010_1E1A1453-5656-41612285417_601985e9ec8e8_009E9E81-E3EB-4
    Do I possibly have something setup wrong??

    The issue has been resolved, I change the code for the Spouse/Partner since and now is working:
