Assign Form and later make public

Hi,

is it possible to assign a form to a list of emails and then, after some time, make the form public to everyone else? E.g. I am organising and event and I'd like to give preference to some people. After a week I would like to open up the form for anyone to sign-up to the event.

How would that work?

• First assign e-mails to the form and have the form private?
• Then, remove the e-mails and make the form public? Will this have any impact in the registrations of the assigned people?

Hi,

You can assign the forms and set them private until you are willing to mark them public. This will not affect your forms or form data. Please note that the form built is a public form by default. You may check the settings from the Publish tab.
