Why is my account disabled? I delete responses and have less than what it says for the starter. I have never had an issue with this before.

Good day, you upload space limit has been exceeded, you can clear space by deleting submissions that contain uploaded files, please make sure to also delete them from the trash: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data
Once you delete the submissions, you can clear the forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-how-to-clear-your-form-cache
