I have requested a reset on my password 3x. As soon as I receive the email I click on it, however, it says it has expired. I received the email and clicked on reset within 30 seconds. I need to get into my forms. Please help.

Could you please confirm that you are using the following steps to reset your password?
1) Go to www.jotform.com/login and clicking Forgot Password?
Entering in the email address associated with your account and clicking the Send Reset Instructions button:
And you are clicking on the latest password reset link in your email? Often, because the emails can "piggy back" off of each other, clicking on an older link is common.
