Submission storage limit: I cleared submissions but still receiving error message.

    I have removed all of my submissions but my account is showing I need to upgrade. What can be done to fix this issue.

    I don't have the form on the website yet. We use it on and off.

    I cleared your form cache, could you check if you are still seeing the error message?
