Overquota: Form still says overquota even the month has changed.

    Hi,


    For my form, https://form.jotform.com/200094975390156 , an error message comes up saying that I have reach my monthly view quota. However, the month just started and under my settings it shows my monthly views as 0.

    Please let me know how to reset the form so that it shows properly without this error message.

    I cleared your form cache, and the form seems to be working now.
    Could you kindly try and see if the form is working correctly on your end as well?
    If you would still encounter the error, please let us know and we will investigate further.
