Naming conventions not working for saved email subject

    This was working previously, but as of last week the saved forms arent coming over with the name. I have cleared and re put them in and saved them twice.

    Hi,

    Thank you for you patience.

    I cloned the above form, and I can replicate the issue. It is not specific to Short Text field, since using Long Text Field also doesn't display the value.
