Unable to see submissions

Hi, I have a form that is live and people have been going in and filling it out but I am unable to see any of the submissions. Can you help me with this?

Hi, this doesn't help actually, it is only showing me 2 submissions and I
have done multiple tests from different people.

I just checked the analytics of the form and there were only 13 views and 2 responses/submissions since it was created:

You mentioned there were multiple users who submitted the form, can you provide some ballpark figure at least? If it coincides with the total views of the form (as shown in the above screenshot), then it's either some users forgot to click SUBMIT or there were problems submitting the form.

Is the form embedded somewhere? If so, can you share the link to that webpage and allow us to make test submissions? We'll see if there's a problem submitting the form.

i can see that on my end too, I have personally submitted forms and they
don't show me the name/number.

I just tried making a test submission to the form and it went through successfully in the submission Table:
