Jotform app not refreshing

    Since late in the day yesterday, the Jotform App has not been refreshing to load new forms, or data.


    I have tried this on an iPad, iPhone, and Android tablet, and none of them will refresh.


    I even unchecked all the forms to turn off offline data.


    Is there some other backend issue causing this?

    I have cloned your form for testing and not able to reproduce the bug you described. Here is the screenshot, as you can see Jotform renders my change correctly:

    Please test it on different browsers and let us know if the problem still persists.

    This issue is not related to any specific form, but rather to the Jotform App.

    It was just "stuck" on the spinning wheel while refreshing.

    It is very possible. It may not due to Jotform as there are many nodes in the Internet and there are many possibilities.

    Please kindly share the console of your browser. It may reveal some information for our backend team to debug.
