Online Form vs PDF Version Issues (Download, Format)

The issue, downloading the pdf version of a form so client can print and fill out the old fashion way when needed.

Tried downloading as a pdf - the format was not like the online version. Parts of form were nearly not visible or only partially visible, or not located in the right place at all. It took a lot of time to reformat the pdf to acceptable format. It was not a simply fix.

Then used the pdf editor - that caused a WORSE ISSUE. It completely messed up the Online version that had no previous problems. Formatting the pdf version, changes the Online Version too???? Now the Online version is messed up.

This really needs to be remedied quickly.

Firstly, could you let us know if you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/90984414131152?

I checked your PDF version of the form but could see any field that is messed up:

There are few space issues, but that can be changed from the PDF Editor by adjusting the height of the question fields.

Apart from that please note that hidden fields and conditionally hidden fields will not show on the PDF as conditions do not work on the PDF.

Please review and let us know which fields on the form are causing the issue.
