Not receiving password reset

    Hi, trying to get into my account, but I must be mis-entering my password. I sent a request for reset, but it's been nearly 45 minutes, and I haven't received it. I have checked my SPAM folder.

    As per checking, there is no JotForm account with the email address you have provided.

    Can you please share with us the username/email address associated with the JotForm account?
